Civida

Civida is seeking up to two (2) qualified contractors to provide materials abatement services specializing in asbestos, mould and lead paint remediation and restoration at various Civida-managed properties within the City of Edmonton and surrounding area as further described in this RFP.

The services required under this RFP have been separated into two (2) Service Areas as follows:

• Service Area 1: Property Districts A, B, F, G & H comprising of approximately 3,208 residential units
• Service Area 2: Property Districts C, D, E, comprising of approximately 2,158 residential units
