Solicitation Summary
T
he City of Gaithersburg is seeking sealed proposals to establish a contract with a qualified Contractor to provide quarterly and annual inspection, testing, maintenance, repair, replacement and installation services for fire alarm, sprinkler, fire extinguisher, and fire protection systems in City facilities. The term of the contract shall be a two (2) year with the possibility of three (3) additional one-year extensions.
