The Town of Brookfield is seeking sealed proposals from Connecticut State certified revaluation companies for the statistical revaluation and reappraisal of all taxable real estate and exempt real estate within the corporate limits of the Town of Brookfield, Connecticut, as of October 1, 2026, as described below: 1. All taxable real estate, land, buildings, and improvements 2. All exempt real estate, land, buildings, and improvements 3. All public utility land, and buildings All work to be carried out in this project and all forms, materials, and supplies utilized shall conform to and be executed in accordance with the requirements of the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management (OPM) and the Connecticut General Statutes and regulations.
