Bid Type: Request for Proposal Locations: Windham Keywords: Construction Management Bid Description: M&S Development, on behalf of Brattleboro Housing Partnerships, is seeking proposals for Construction Management services for the renovation of six existing buildings into 31 apartments in the historic Melrose Terrace development in Brattleboro, VT. Only pre-construction services will be authorized at this time. The Construction Manager (CM) will become a member of the project team including the Owner, the Owner’s Architects, Engineers, and other consultants.
