LEGAL NOTICE
Stuttgart School District is accepting bids for a total replacement system of IP Intercoms at the High School Campus. Sealed bids should be submitted to Stuttgart School District, Attn: Intercom Bids, 2501 S. Main Stuttgart, AR 72160. Bids may be mailed or hand delivered. The deadline to submit a sealed bid is 10:00 am on April 3, 2025.
Documents received after the deadline will not be considered. A non-collusion bid affidavit and bid bond must be submitted with bids.
Bids will be opened at 10:30 a.m. on April 3, 2025.

If a response is not provided within 24 hours or if you have additional questions, feel free to call 870-673-8701. Stuttgart School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids received due to previous purchase history, price, quality of items and references.
