Summary
The ODH is seeking proposal to
establish and utilize a performance management model with quality improvement practices and processes in an electronic system solution that supports continuous improvement of the agency’s practices, programs, and interventions. In addition, the project objective includes expanding the solution into local health departments to achieve an interconnected environment with multiple local state partners. Process
Offerors will need to review the attached RFP ODH #SRC0000030583 Each Offeror must submit a technical proposal and cost proposal as part of its total Proposal before the opening time on the Proposal due date. Further, the Offeror must title the electronic files with “ ODH RFP #SRC00000 57854 30583 / DOH56924 - Technical Proposa l” and " ODH RFP #SRC00000 57854 30583 / DOH56924 - Cost Proposa l” as appropriate.
