Project Description: The project consists of the renovation of a workshop area within the Reading Area Community College (RACC) Warehouse. Work includes selective demolition, new metal framing, insulation, doors and hardware, structural steel modifications for High-Volume, Low-Speed (HVLS) ceiling fans, storage shelving, a walk-in cooler and freezer, resilient wall base, and associated electrical work including lighting, power, controls, data infrastructure, and installation of two (2) HVLS ceiling fans
. PREBID CONFERENCE An OPTIONAL pre-bid conference for all bidders will be held at Project Site on Monday, July 13, 2026, at 10:00 – 11:00 AM, location to be announced via PennBid. 1. Special Qualifications: Specific experience and qualifications requirements are identified for the contractor fabricating and installing portions of the signage installations under the General Construction contract. a.
