Synopsis:
|
|
The work will involve the construction of a new metal cladded mini service centre on a reinforced concrete slab foundation (73 m2). The project consists of a four-room washroom building with showers. Accessibility considerations have been made for one of the four rooms. The work will also involve the installation of new concrete sewage holding tanks and related mechanical, electrical installations, civil/site development work and the demolition and removal of the existing two-washroom facility and septic tank.

A pre-tender site meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m. on August 26, 2025. Attendance is not mandatory, however all contractors are encouraged to have examined the existing site conditions prior to submitting a bid.
