INVITATION: Sealed Proposals, subject to the conditions herein stated and attached hereto, will
be received at this office until 2:00 P.M. THURSDAY, MAY 7, 2026, for the purchase of the
services listed below:

Bidder must submit four (4) sealed proposal copies to: Sam Lemonis, Director of Purchasing,
Rankin County School District, 1220 Apple Park Place, Brandon, MS, 39042, 601-825-5590.
You also have the option to submit your proposal electronically at www.rcsdplans.com
In order to be considered the following must appear on the outside of the envelope:

The Rankin County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids or any
groups thereof and waive formalities.
Proposals cannot be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the opening date. Once
accepted by the School Board, no proposals may be withdrawn.
