The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to re-open the solicitation, provide a new Wage Determination, and to provide a new solicitation deadline for this requirement.
Solicitation 36C25025Q0176 is hereby re-opened.
The Wage Determination 2015-4761, revision 27, dated 7/22/2024 is hereby replaced with Wage Determination 2015-4761, revision 28, dated 12/23/2024.

Pursuant to Executive Order 14026, The contractor must pay all covered workers at least $17.75 per hour (or the applicable wage rate listed on this wage determination, if it is higher) for all hours spent performing on the contract in 2025.

Pursuant HEALTH & WELFARE EO 13706: $4.93 per hour, up to 40 hours per week, or $197.20 per week, or $854.53 per month*

All vendors who have provided a quote package for the solicitation have the opportunity to revise their quotes and submit an UPDATED COMPLETE Quote Package including the following:

Please note: Any vendors who wish to submit an UPDATED quote shall provide a complete quote package in its entirety. All documents shall be labelled with the word UPDATED in their file names.

All updated quote packages must be received no later than 1:30 PM EST on 01/29/2025 via email to Joshua.Kovar@VA.gov. Any vendors who do not wish to provide an updated quote package will be evaluated based on their original response.
