Summary

The CoC is looking for consultants or organizations to submit proposals for work that will build capacity for the Continuum of Care. By the term capacity building, what is meant is that all of these projects should have the aim to develop, strengthen or expand the skills, instincts, abilities, processes and resources that organizations and communities need to survive, adapt and thrive in an ever-changing environment. These projects will help the system of the CoC deliver on its mission effectively and maximize the benefits of member participation, knowledge exchange and expansion and ownership in CoC work and values at the individual, institutional, and systemic level.
