The Dracut Public Schools invites sealed proposals from contractors for custodial cleaning services for the 6 Dracut public school buildings. A one-year contract with two, one-year options for extension will be awarded pursuant to the provisions of M. G. L. CH 30B, to the most responsive, responsible proposer based upon the review and evaluation of the proposals received. This award will not be solely based on price. The proposer submitting the technical and price proposal considered to be most advantageous to the District in accordance with the RFP will be awarded the contract. The Dracut Public Schools reserves its sole option to renew the contract for two additional one-year contract periods.
