Notice of Intent to Award a Contract Under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement - Furniture, Furnishings, and Services
The Township of Pennsauken intends to participate in the Region VIII Education Service Center for the Interlocal Purchasing System (“TIPS”) contract #230301 for Furniture, Furnishings, and Services for the purchase of certain furniture.

The Township anticipates joining the TIPS contract on March 6, 2025. The TIPS contract term is May 31, 2023, to May 31, 2028.
It is the intent of the Township to make a contract award to J.P. Jay Associates in an amount not to exceed $938,563.31, pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the TIPS Proposal Invitation.
The Township is permitted to join national cooperation purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
