The City of Issaquah is seeking Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from firms to provide accurate, thorough, and expeditious plan reviews to ensure compliance with applicable International Building Codes, Washington State Amendments, and local City of Issaquah codes. Firms may apply to review any 1 or more of the following independent elements: Structural Engineering Architectural (including accessibility and energy compliance) Plumbing and Mechanical The Service Provider(s) will be responsible on an ON-CALL basis and the exact duties and work to be performed will be negotiated for each individual project.
