2025-050 Design Professional Services - Justice Center Expansion

The General Services Agency (GSA), on behalf of the Cherokee County Board of Commissioners (CCBoC) as ¿Owner¿, is seeking Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from architects with justice center experience, interested in providing design professional (DP) services for a project known as Project No. GSA-2025-006 Justice Center Expansion.

If you¿re not currently registered in Bidnet, you can do so by following the below steps:

1.        Go to our website https://www.cherokeega.com/_focus/bids-and-rfps.php
2.        Click on Register as a Vendor
3.        There¿s a package selection that is free. Click on the free package then save and continue.
4.        Once you save it will default to Enhanced Advertising Profile and no longer show as free.
5.        At the bottom of the page move the radio button to the left turning off the Stand out from the competition adder. This is the free version.

Once registered, log into your account, select ¿Participating Organizations¿ and locate the solicitation by the solicitation number and/or description as shown in the Georgia Procurement Registry title.
