Lawrence County, Arkansas
Separate sealed Bids for the construction of County Road 511 Improvements will be received by the County Judge, Lawrence County, Arkansas at his office located at 315 W. Main Street, Room 1, Walnut Ridge, Arkansas 72476 until 2:00 PM on May 27, 2025 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
The scope of work consists of replacing crossing culverts & overlaying approximately 7 miles of CR 511 with ACHM surface. The project includes the following estimated quantities:
Various sizes & lengths of CMP Culverts
8,350 Tons Asphalt Surface (Overlay)
70 Tons of Asphalt Surface (Patch)
7,000 Gallons Tack Coat
EDA Project Sign

Any contract or contracts awarded under this invitation for bids will be subject to the requirements of the U.S. Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration (EDA) as described in the contract documents. EDA requirements include but are not limited to; Davis-Bacon Wage Rates and Minority Participation Goals.
