Kimball Alley Mini Plaza

This City of Caldwell Urban Renewal Agency is requesting statements of qualifications from qualified companies in the following categories of work:

• Experience in decorative concrete construction - including retaining walls, sidewalks with pavers, steps
• Previous experience in related projects exceeding minimum of 1000sqft, within last 5 years
• Previous experience of last seven (7) decorative concrete projects
• Contractor must have valid Idaho Public Works License

The Caldwell Urban Renewal Agency has plans to construct a mini plaza that is adjacent to Indian Creek. This plaza will include multiple improvements providing the community an accessible seating area that is inviting. This project highlights specialized decorative concrete work that includes retaining walls, sidewalks with pavers, steps, and accompanying structures. Additionally, there are other associated improvements to the irrigation system, lighting, landscaping, and a trellis structure. Additional scope added to this project involves the alley way improvements from 9th to Kimball; which includes decorative concrete and pavers.
