The purpose of this RFP is to provide BroadbandOhio with a web-based digital skills support program that reaches public libraries and state prison facilities across the state as part of a continuum of support. Successful applicants will have a proven history of working with state departments of rehabilitation and corrections and other state agencies to provide these programs and resources in public libraries and state prison facilities.
