PUBLIC NOTICE
The City of Winston-Salem will be donating a 2004 fire pumper truck with 151,314 miles to Forsyth
Technical Community College for their Firefighter Training Program. The City is allowed to donate to
FTCC, a governmental unit as defined by N.C.G.S. 160A-274(a). This donation is authorized by N.C.G.S.
160A-280.
Parties who may be aggrieved should file a written protest within 5 days of this notices posting to Darren
Redfield, Purchasing Manager, at darrenmr@cityofws.org. The City will consider the aggrieved parties'
comments prior to this action, but if none are received or such comments are waived, will proceed to transfer
the equipment and title to FTCC.
