Description

THE WORK CONSISTS OF:




  1. Furnish all materials, labor and equipment to stabilize and rebuild the outflow structures and drainage channels of four (4) existing drainage culverts (see Figure 1 for culvert locations) using gabion baskets at Colebrook River Lake, Colebrook, CT:

    1. Excavate slopes and remove existing rip rap as needed, ensuring that slopes remain stable and free from erosion during construction using appropriate erosion and sediment control measures.

    2. Reuse existing rip rap and excavated materials in accordance with installation specifications herein. Dispose of unused materials off-project.

    3. Install base fill, gabions, filter fabric, concrete structures, backfill, pipe extensions, geotextile, lawn soil and seed, and any other associated materials in accordance with the specifications and execution sections.

This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 237310 with a Small Business Size Standard of $45 Million.



ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
