Pre-Bid Conference Details

A MANDATORY pre-proposal site visit will be held on Monday, June 16, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. (Local Prevailing Time) at the Calvert Library Prince Frederick, 850 Costley Way, Prince Frederick, Maryland 20678. All interested contractors shall attend to be considered. It shall be the responsibility of all Contractors to familiarize themselves with all requirements of the solicitation and to identify any issues in writing to the Procurement Office prior to the site visit. This will be the only opportunity to inspect the facilities prior to award. All questions concerning the RFP resulting from the site visit shall be submitted in writing to the Procurement Office as no questions will be answered during the visit.
