Description

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Foreign Agricultural Service in Bogotá (FAS Bogotá) will conduct a consumer survey to identify market opportunities and understand the perceptions, preferences, purchasing behaviors, distribution channels, and information sources that shape Colombian consumers’ decisions about U.S. food and beverage products.





By understanding consumer preferences and removing barriers to market access, FAS market development programs support U.S. farm income, enhance the overall U.S. economy, and make America more prosperous.

The Government intends to award a Contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable list of prices. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.





Offerors are encouraged to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting their quotations/proposals. Registration in SAM is not required at the time of proposal submission.
