Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Los Angeles, sealed bids for a lump sum contract are invited for the following work:
This project, consists of the renovation of the existing servery cafeteria on the first floor of the Center for Health Sciences (CHS). The project will provide 6,498gsf (4,560 asf) of food prep areas, cooking stations, display cases, drink stations, condiment islands, pantry and administration spaces. Hazardous material abatement will be required.
