REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL : GRASSLANDS HOMELESS SHELTER OPERATIONS AND RELATED SERVICES
The County of Westchester, acting by and through its Department of Social Services, is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for the operation of the Grasslands Homeless Shelter, located at 25 Operations Drive, Valhalla, New York, including provision of related services, for all persons approved by the County and placed at the Facility, and provide ‘specialized model treatment services’ (as defined below) for homeless ‘level 2’ and ‘level 3’ sex offenders who are Clients who have been placed at the Facility (the “SMTS Services”).
