Summary

The City of Lebanon’s Recreation Arts and Parks Department invites you to submit a quote for contracted services redecking 3 bridges on the Northern Rail Trail, as indicated on the attached map. Bridge redecking projects will be completed one bridge at a time, and each bridge must be completed in one day. One bridge is 105’ x 12’, and the other two are 80’ x 12’.

Background

The Rail Trail is an active bicycle and pedestrian corridor that crosses the Mascoma River multiple times. Each bridge is a river crossing consisting of bridges that were previously used for trains. Tracks were removed and wooden decking / railing was added in the 1980's.
