Project Description: The project, Lebanon Road Widening FM 423 to Todd Drive includes road widening from to an existing four-lane to six-lane divided roadway. The project also includes pavement rehabilitation, bridge approach slabs replacement, storm drain repairs/replacements, illumination, pavement markings, signing, traffic signal adjustments, multi-duct, irrigation, landscaping, and erosion mitigation near Stewart Creek Bridge from FM 423 to Todd Drive. Additional illumination and turn lane improvement are incorporated at Lone Star Ranch, Teel Pkwy, and Rock Creek. Paving work must be complete and all lanes must be open to traffic within 670 calendar days. Liquidated damages will be assessed after 670 calendar days if CONTRACTOR fails to meet this requirement.
