Overview
The County will begin advertising a Request for Proposals in December for its Job Order Contracting program. Job Order Contracting (JOC) is a streamlined procurement method that allows contractors to complete multiple jobs under a single competitively awarded contract. Dorchester County is awarding contracts in general construction, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, paving, site work, concrete, water & sewer, and stormwater drainage.
