NGWSP - Gallup Regional Water System SCADA System Upgrade

The City of Gallup, NM, is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to upgrade the existing Gallup Regional Water System SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) System as part the Navajo Gallup Water Supply Project. The upgrade shall enhance the efficiency, reliability, and monitoring capabilities of the City's water distribution system through the implementation of modern software, hardware, and communication equipment. The project includes upgrading the SCADA system at 46 existing locations within the water system. The SCADA system shall communicate over a new fiber optic VLAN backbone with cellular backup and the existing 900 MHz and 450 MHz radio systems shall be replaced. This project shall provide secure and reliable real-time data acquisition and supervisory control in the water system.
