The purpose of this project is to perform precision regrading and turf restoration on four (4) soccer fields, prioritized into two phases:
• Phase 1 (2026): Restoration of the Northwest and Southwest fields.
• Phase 2 (2026/2027 Optional): Restoration of the Northeast and Southeast fields, including new drainage swale construction. This phase may be awarded immediately for 2026 completion or retained as a price-protected option for the 2027 construction season.
The project objectives are to:
Restore Drainage: Achieve a consistent 1.0% drainage slope across all playing surfaces to prevent water ponding, adhering to the specific center-field elevations (868.07m to 869.26m) defined in Section 3.2.
Ensure Stability: Import and compact high-quality growth medium to fix localized settlements while maintaining a ± 20mm tolerance.
Protect the Environment: Complete all earthworks without exceeding the critical 0.1m (100mm) cut depth limit into the landfill cap using Low-Ground-Pressure (LGP) equipment rated at 7 psi or less.
Re-establish Turf: Supply and install Kentucky Bluegrass sod to return the fields to "game-ready" condition for the 2027 season.
