The Village of Boyle & Athabasca County as partnering municipalities, require a consultant or consortium of consultants in the land use planning and engineering fields to submit a proposal to primarily develop an IDP, which will meet the objectives outlined in this Request for Proposal and current legislation. The optional secondary objective of this Request for Proposal is for the proponent to update the current ICF to meet all current legislative requirements.
