NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Competitive sealed bids addressed to the City Secretary of the City of White Settlement, Texas will be received at the White Settlement City Hall, 214 Meadow Park Drive, White Settlement, Texas 76108 until 10:00 AM (local time) on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment and the performing of all work required in the construction of the RFP 2026-002 CIP IMPROVEMENTS MIRIKE STREET – WATER & SANITARY SEWER REPLACEMENT in White Settlement, and other improvements incidental thereto, at which time and place the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.

PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS and contract documents may be examined without charge at the White Settlement City Hall, 214 Meadow Park Drive, White Settlement, TX 76108.   Copies of such instruments may be obtained from James DeOtte Engineering Inc., 2201 Dottie Lynn Parkway, Suite 119, Fort Worth, Texas 76120, upon a non-refundable payment of $150.00 per set for hard copies and $30.00 per set for a flash drive with drawings and specifications (PDF format).   A 24-hour notice must be given to the ENGINEER prior to picking up drawings and specifications.  Complete Contract Documents as needed for bidding on the Project may be downloaded free of charge from http://www.civcastusa.com .
