The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources Parks & Trails personnel intend to utilize the Contract Dining Facility (CDF), operated by vendor Southern Foodservice Management Inc within the grounds of Camp Ripley for catering service June 2-5, 2026. MN DNR has deemed this a single source because no other catering vendor can offer services within the Contract Dining Facility on Camp Ripley grounds. No other vendor can act on behalf of Southern Foodservice Mgmt Inc. to provide this service.
