C-Track Software Maintenance and Support

The Minnesota Information Technology Services, partnering with Minnesota Tax Court (Tax Court) intends to renew an agreement with Thomson Reuters for up to 12 months to provide software maintenance, support, upgrades, tokens, and configuration for C-Track, a case-management system. C-Track assists with case intake, e-filing, document management and storage, scheduling proceedings, and generation and distribution of orders and notices.

C-Track is the only commercially reasonably available commodity product. This is deemed a single source purchase because C-Track is solely distributed and supported by Thomson Reuters and is not available from other third parties.
