Description
The City of Sandy Springs (¿City¿) desires to tear down existing Fire Station No. 1 and rebuild a new fire station on the site located at 1425 Spalding Drive, Sandy Springs, Georgia 30350 (¿Property¿). The City also intends to create a new ground-up fire station and logistics facility at Fire Station No. 4 inside the city limits of Sandy Springs. The City intends to create a new addition and interior renovations to Fire Station No. 3, located at 6025 Raider Drive, Sandy Springs, Georgia, 30328. This solicitation is for architectural/engineering and project/construction administration services for the 3 Fire Station (¿Projects¿).
