PGW’S FIELD OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT REQUIRES PLUMBING SERVICES IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS WHEN THERE IS NO OTHER MEANS TO REPAIR A WATER SERVICE LINE OR A SEWER LATERAL DAMAGED BY PGW CREWS. IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, PGW DESIRES TO OBTAIN ONE OR MORE CONTRACTORS TO PROVIDE THE MATERIALS AND SERVICES THAT ARE THE SUBJECT OF THIS RFP.
