Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Knox (MICC-Knox) intends to award a firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement on a sole-source basis, to Camp Atterbury Billeting. The ordering period will be 2 Sep 2025 to 1 Sep 2030 utilizing NAICS 721110 with a size standard of $40M.

The Army Expeditionary Civilian Workforce (AECW) conducts recurring training events at Camp Atterbury in preparation for overseas deployments and mission support. To meet logistical and financial constraints, AECW personnel are not authorized rental vehicles. Therefore, it is critical that lodging be provided on post, within walking distance of Government-furnished meals and training facilities, to ensure seamless mission execution and logistical efficiency. it is the government's intent to procure and fufill this lodging requirement as a Sole Source.
