This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. This posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) nor Request for Proposal (RFP).
The Department of Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Health (MDH), intend to enter into an agreement up to 12 mos. with Clinisys INC for continued, uninterrupted use of Element LIMS maintenance & support.
Clinisys retain exclusive ownership, copy rights, trademark of their proprietary Element LIMS software maintenance and support services. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source purchase.
