Description
THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Non-electronic and email responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted through the SWIFT Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Event.
PURPOSE. The Minnesota Department of Administration, on behalf of the Minnesota Department of Corrections, seeks proposals for satellite or cable TV service for the Minnesota Correctional Facility (Agency) located at 62741 County Road 551, Togo, MN 55723 (hereinafter MCF Togo).
CONTRACT TERM: The term of this contract is anticipated to either run from November 2024 through November 2026, with the option to extend up to an additional three (3) years in increments determined by the State.
SITE VISIT: Responders must contact the solicitation contact person, Allyson Youngquist, at allyson.youngquist@state.mn.us, by 3:00 PM, Central Time, on November 19, 2024, to register for a site visit. A site visit will be scheduled after the registration deadline for a mutually agreeable date and time for all pre-registered attendees. Attendance at the site visit is mandatory.
SUBMITTING QUESTIONS: The deadline for submitting questions is November 19, 2024, at 3:00 pm, Central Time. Questions must be submitted in writing to Allyson Youngquist at allyson.youngquist@state.mn.us. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum.
