Description


The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment and labor for the construction of the Chestnut Hill Subdivision site civil and infrastructure for 22 single family homes and 24 multi-family homes (excludes housing and lot development). Work includes site staking and survey, heavy earthwork, roadway construction including curb and gutter and storm drain, GDOT access drive, installation of water and sewer lines, detention pond, and soil erosion and sediment control.
