Description
The objective is to purchase charging stations at our highest-traffic centers to better accommodate the increasing needs of our employees. This initiative is designed to enhance workplace convenience and ensure that our facilities support a productive and efficient work environment.
The contractor must deliver and install seven (7) charging stations.
The Contractor must perform the following tasks:
• Supply and deliver the stations
• Assemble and Install the station on designated floors.
• Print and apply the custom design to the table, ensuring the print is durable, high-quality, and meets the specified requirements
Deliverables
The Contractor must supply, deliver, assemble and install seven (7) charging stations as per the schedule provided by the Project Authority. The Contractor must ensure that all charging stations are delivered and fully installed prior to March 31, 2025. Additionally, the supplier is required to provide customizable templates for the table design. Once the design is finalized, the supplier will be responsible for printing and applying the custom design to the table, ensuring the print is durable, high-quality, and meets the specified requirements prior to delivery.
Specifications
• Dimensions:
o Height: 41 – 46 inches (bar-height standard).
o Diameter: 28 - 36 inches (sufficient for multiple users).
• Electrical Features:
o Minimum of 6 charging points per table, including:
- Two (2) USB-C ports.
- Two (2) iPhone Lightning ports.
- One (1) standard 120V outlets.
o Charging modules integrated into the tabletop for ease of use.
• Design Requirements:
o Must allow customization with departmental colors, logo, or name.
o Durable, scratch-resistant finish.
• Materials:
o Easy-to-clean surface with a high-quality finish.
• Delivery and Installation:
o Delivery and on-site installation at the specified location.
o Charging systems must be pre-wired and tested for functionality.
The estimated contract period will be 2 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/01/13.
