“Notice of Intent to Award Contract under

a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement”

The City of Paterson intends to participate in the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC)

contract for (Refuse and Recycling Containers and Lifters) Sealed Bids/Proposal No. RC01-21

H-GAC Contract# RC01-21 effective Dates: 1/1/2021 – 12/31/26

regular hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.

Under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3) the City of Paterson joined with Houston-

Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) contract on January 24, 2014.

It is the intent of the City of Paterson to make a contract award to IPL North America, Inc., for

the Purchase and Delivery of (816) 64 Gallon Omni Carts Model# 60220 for the Recycling

Division of the Department of Public Works.
