“Notice of Intent to Award Contract under
a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement”
The City of Paterson intends to participate with Sourcewell Contract for class 5-8 chassis with
related equipment under sealed RFP Contract No. 032824-KTC).
Sourcewell Contract# 032824-KTC Maturity Date: July 9, 2028

Paterson, Harry Cevallos, Qualified Purchasing Agent or his designee at Tel: 973-321-1340
during the regular hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.
Under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3) the City of Paterson joined with Sourcewell on
June 14, 2016.
It is the intent of the City of Paterson to make a contract award to Gabrielli Truck Sales, of
Richfield Park, NJ for the PURCHASE, DELIVERY OF TWO (2) 2027 KENWORTH T280
4X2 STETCO 920 CATCH BASIN CLEANER TRUCKS FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF
PUBLIC WORKS.
