The City of Brewer is seeking proposals from licensed real estate agents or brokers to provide realtor services for the listing and sale of tax-acquired residential properties within the City. This opportunity arises from recent legislative changes ( 36 M.R.S. §943-C ), which now require municipalities to engage licensed professionals for such transactions, replacing the previous sealed bid method.
