The Pharr-McAllen Lateral West Drainage Improvements Project extends from N. Cage Blvd to N. Jackson Rd, approximately 1,300 feet north of W. Sioux Rd, covering Sta. 1+00 to Sta. 80+91. The project involves excavating and regrading the north portion of the existing ditch to improve drainage capacity. It also includes the removal and replacement of existing outfalls and the installation of new field drains. Construction entrances and exits will be established for site access. All work will follow HCDD1 standards to improve the efficiency and reliability of the drainage system.
