NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Huron, South Dakota, will on the 19th day of May 2026 at the hour of 2:00 P.M. Central Time, at the Huron Municipal Building City Commission Meeting Room, 239 Wisconsin Avenue S.W., Huron, South Dakota, receive and consider sealed proposals for the following:
Bid No. 2026-19 Furnish all labor and materials necessary for Asphalt Concrete Crack Sealing - 2026, as specified.
Specifications and proposal forms may be obtained from the City of Huron’s Web site at:
https://huronsd.gov/Bids.aspx
Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check or draft of five percent (5%) of the amount bid, and issued by a State or National Bank and made payable to the City of Huron, or in lieu thereof a bid bond of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid. Such bond to be issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota, payable to the City of Huron, as a guaranty that the bidder will enter into a contract with the City of Huron, South Dakota.
The Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted.
