NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed Statement of Qualifications will be received for furnishing the following items or services to Coconino County as follows:

ITEM: Professional Engineering Services for Coconino County Comprehensive Safety Action Plan and Local Road Safety Plans

Statement of Qualification documents and forms are available at the Ion Wave Technologies web site at https://coconino.ionwave.net
Statement of Qualifications shall be opened, and the names of the submitters publicly read by the County. Details of each Statement of Qualification shall not be announced at the time of opening. Such information shall be made public after all negotiations are completed and an award made by the Board. An award shall be made with reasonable promptness by giving written notice to the Proposer whose Statement of Qualifications best conforms to the invitation and will be the most advantageous to Coconino County. Other factors to be considered may include, but are not limited to, quality, uniformity of product and Proposer’s past performance on other contracts. However, all Statement of Qualifications may be rejected if the Board of Supervisors determines that rejection is in the public interest.
A pre-proposal meeting will be held via Teams on Thursday, January 23rd, 2025, at 10:00 am local time. The link to this meeting can be under the Activities tab in Ion Wave. While this meeting is not mandatory, all interested firms are strongly encouraged to attend.
