Description:
Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, permits, equipment, vehicles, travel, and incidentals necessary for troubleshooting, servicing, maintenance, and repair of fuel-dispensing equipment, located at fuel sites at various Caltrans owned properties, facilities, and maintenance stations in District 03. Contractor shall also respond to regulatory issues and citations in relation to the various fuel sites. There will be no removal or replacement of tanks required under this Agreement.
Contractor shall also provide all labor, tools, parts, reports, permits, equipment, vehicles, travel, and incidentals necessary for annual/monthly at one (1) location STI-SP001 Inspections, and annual Air Quality (AQ) Tests. The inspections and tests are required to maintain compliance with Title 40, Code of Federal Regulations part 112. Contractor shall prepare Above Ground Storage Tank (AST) Integrity Evaluation Reports for all the 26 sites per Caltrans request to comply with permit requirements (two (2) of the 36 tanks listed below are Underground Storage tanks (USTs). All ASTs are Underwriters Laboratories (UL) Standard 2085-double wall ASTs for Flammable and Combustible Liquids.
