Buncombe County HHS is looking for a partnering agency to provide support in the following areas under these categories: 1) Partnering with Buncombe County staff to train and license Resource Parents/ Potential Adoptive Parents. 2) Family Finding using an Evidence-Based Methodology to identify and connect fictive and non-fictive kin to youth in the custody of Buncombe County who have a permanent plan of adoption and no identified adoptive home. 3) Supporting youth in the custody of Buncombe County who are legally free for adoption.
