Virtual Bid Opening
To furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals to complete all work for the FY26 Camden High school Turf Field
and Running Track Replacement Project, in accordance with Drawings and Specifications prepared by Bolton and Menk. A
complete set of digital Contract Documents will be available January 29, 2026.
Procurement of Documents is as follows: You may view and order documents for this project by going online to Quest CDN
(Quest eBidDoc#10007387. Website: Electronic downloads are available by visiting www.QuestCDN.com. The cost for
downloading a set of Contract Documents is $22. Please contact QuestCDN.com at 952-233-1632 or info@Questcdn.com for
assistance in free membership registration, download and working with this digital project information.
In the left column under “Plan rooms”, select “Order from Plan Well”.
When the next page opens, skip the username section and in the left column under “Public Plan room”, select “Go”.
Once in the plan room, you may find the project and click on the project number link to the left.
Once in the project, select “Download Complete Set”, then “Instant Download”.
After Registration, select “Download Now”. You will be provided with a link to the files. Simply click it and save to your computer.
You must complete the checkout process or you will not be notified when Addenda are issued.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting for the FY26 Camden High school Turf Field and Running Track Replacement project will be
held February 17, 2026. The meeting starts at 9:30 AM CST, in Room N1-051 at the Davis Center, 1250 West Broadway
Avenue, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55411. All potential bidders are REQUIRED to attend this meeting. Prompt attendance is
required and no bidder will be permitted in the mandatory pre-bid after the meeting has started. Allow adequate time to
arrive at the school, park, and enter the meeting room prior to 9:30 AM CST.
Note: Bids will be received, via email to rfx@mpls.k12.mn.us and diedra.geye@mpls.k12.mn.us and jay.pomeroy@bolton-
menk.com until the date and time specified. All bids received after that time will not be considered. The vendor assumes
the risk of any delay in the receipt or handling of mail or other delivery by employees of the district. The vendor assumes all
responsibility for having their bid emailed no later than the date and time specified.
There will be a virtual bid opening at 2:30 PM CDT, February 26, 2026. If you would like to be present for the virtual bid
opening, please email Diedra Geye at diedra.geye@mpls.k12.mn.us by 8:00 AM, February 26, 2026 and you will be sent a link
to the virtual bid opening.
Bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit of 2% of the total amount bid in the form of a certified check or bidder’s corporate
surety bond made payable to Special School District No. 1. Include a PDF copy of the certified check or bidder’s corporate
surety bond when you email your Bid Form and supporting documents. A hard copy of the Bid, supporting documents and
Bid Deposit Check must be sent via mail and be postmarked within 5 days after the bid opening. Envelope must bear the
name of the firm submitting the bid, the Official Publication Number, and the Official Publication Title. The bid should be
addressed to: Procurement, Minneapolis Public Schools, 1250 W. Broadway, Minneapolis, MN 55411
Special School District No. 1 reserves the right to award this bid in part or in whole to a single supplier or to reject any or all
bids if it is in the best interest of the School District to do so. Bids must be typewritten or handwritten and include handwritten
signature in ink. BIDS CONTAINING ANY ALTERATION OR ERASURE WILL BE REJECTED UNLESS ALTERATION OR ERASURE IS
CROSSED OUT AND CORRECTION PRINTED IN INK OR TYPEWRITTEN AND INITIALED IN INK BESIDE CORRECTION BY THE
PERSON SIGNING THE BID.
