The City of North Charleston is seeking Proposals for the “Design-Build of a new Skate Park at J.V. Morris Complex” which will be located at 1103 North Blvd, North Charleston, SC 29405. The projected budget for this Design-Build project which includes all design services, engineering services, all architectural services, all permitting, all construction services, quantity identification, project design, labor hours, subcontractor fees, material prices, equipment cost, indirect cost, and profit is between $600,000.00 to $1,2000,000.00. The total cost for the whole project is not to exceed the amount of $1,200,000.00. The City of North Charleston is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages a 20% participation goal from MBE / WBE / DBE / LGBTQ+ businesses. A Design-Build Contract is expected to be awarded on or around February 20, 2025.
